We are a group of independent therapists with shared values, working together to provide an accessible service to all.
We offer a professional and confidential range of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision services to individuals, couples, young people, older adults and organisations.
All our therapists bring a variety of skills and experience and are committed to providing a service in which we treat every client with professionalism and respect.
We offer short-term or long-term counselling and psychotherapy and clinical supervision and our therapists offer a range of services to meet the needs of each individual or organisation.
We carefully assess what help each client requires, so that we can tailor what we offer, to meet a range of client needs and expectations.
We work from rooms in Blaby and Loughborough.
Our Core Values
All our therapists are Registered and /or accredited members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within the BACP Ethical Framework for The Counselling Professions (2015).

All our therapists are committed to ongoing supervision to BACP requirements and participate in regular CPD (Continued Professional Development) training to update and improve their skills and knowledge.

What is Counselling
Counselling offers a confidential and safe space to talk openly about the things that are troubling you. Your therapist will listen to you without judgment and will treat your concerns with empathy and respect. Your therapist will not tell you what to do but will help you gain a better understanding of how you feel and offer you the opportunity to explore new ways of understanding and relating to your emotions and behaviours. The ultimate aim is to support you in making the right decisions for you, to gain more control over your life and find a way of moving forward.
The counselling relationship is the most important part of your therapy and it is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. All our therapists offer an initial introductory/ assessment session, which is an opportunity for you to meet so you can get a feel for your therapist and they can understand what it is you need from your counselling. There is no commitment to continue after an initial session if you feel that counselling is not for you or that you did not feel comfortable for whatever reason. However, if you would like to proceed, you will be asked to sign a contract with your chosen therapist and you will agree the cost and the frequency of your sessions (usually once a week).
Our therapists are all independent practitioners with their own ways of working and with different experience and specialties. You can see basic information about us on 'Our Therapists' page but please read the individual profiles to find detailed information about each of us so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs (just click on the 'View My Profile' button next to your chosen therapist).
